Dave, I think we're all in the same frame of mind here. Combination of sales, profits, and some good news will change the tone on the thread and get the stock moving.

We are trying to run numerous subs and the main company with a very small staff...that is our priority...we are trying to make the company more profitable so that everyone will profit. Our plans for 1998 are the same as they were for 199[7] ... to aggressively go out and acquire companies to expand Araldica's umbrella of complementary / profitable companies...
--------------

I consider this good reinforcement of what I have said is going on all along. I know you feel this way and we all need to let these people do what they have to do to get the job done for "everyone". That includes all of us shareholders. Sure we can criticize management for hype, missed dates, failed letters of intent, broken deals, and a lot of dreamed up things that aren't based on fact but based only on opinion, impatience and anger. But they are still there working for us and themselves and they should be supported. You can't push, threaten or cajole people in these responsible management positions. They are smart to ignore the negatives, they don't have time to keep us abreast of day to day business, and they want to show progress and succeed just as much as we want them to.

I wish every one who agrees with me would show a little support right now during these tough times at Araldica. Post to the thread and by message to Matthew and let them know we are pulling for them. If you are upset about your investment, don't cry about it...THIS IS A PENNY STOCK for cripes sake. Buy at these levels and hold for a year and then lets see where we are at. Maybe a dollar by then, and we'll celebrate, and maybe a penny by then and we can all feel stupid, but
support the company and they will respect us enough to keep us informed better I believe.

Slim

Dave, I don't think you were around long enough that anyone here would be glad to see you leave. You did leave your mark on the thread with the post I am responding to. Was good to have you here. Hopefully the buying opportunity that we have right now won't last and you'll jump back in on the way up.
Do you or Slim or even Riley G (or maybe especially Riley G) understand enough about charts to explain how AWLT stock prices are going down based on this chart??? Seems to me the vast majority of trades are up tics yet the price continues to drop.
Also, for the record, it was me that suggested to Matt that his efforts to keep us informed were counter productive because he couldn't tell us what we wanted to know regardless of how much he knew or wanted to tell. It appeared to be a no win situation with the shareholders, Araldica, & Matt all coming out on the losing side. I believe if he sticks to his job and reports formally and legally we should get all of the information when it's ready. Just my opinion of course, but I don't think anyone was happy with the way things were going here.
We're close to our 52 week low now, it's time to start heading in the other direction. Tomorrow is my birthday and I need this to be a winning year!!!
