Yeah, it looked pretty good. I learned a few more things about the stock arrangements from it. Well this is a BIG weekend (at least in my mind) as we're supposed to get some financing lined up...well all we can do is hope for the best... Now that article mentioned something about convertible debt vs a private placement of stock. If they go for the private placement of restricted (for some period) shares instead of convertible debt, it's a good thing for two reasons: 1. no additional debt added to the co balance sheet 2. investment bankers have alot of confidence in the goods (and stock price) The next few weeks should prove interesting. It looks like these guys have a plan, and so far they're doing pretty well
