Simple - no doubt. But for ASND to be a solution it must be a very foolish question.

From the news reports it appears that Cisco supplied the equipment and AT&T supplied much of the error. Cisco will no doubt win more business by not pressing the issue.

I don't think so. ASND won't even own up to a problem unless backed into a corner. Notwithstanding that ASND hasn't even built a network the size of AT&T's Interspan - the largest frame relay network in the world. You're apparent position that ASND can do no wrong is way off-base. AOL ring a bell? What about that last security issue about a month back?
