Thanks for info on shareholders meeting. One more thing, please. Do all shareholders get one equal vote regardless of whether they own one or one million shares? Or is it pro rated? Thanks.

Again, thanks for your responses to my queries. I hope you'll help me out on another. Alydaar's 10-K states that a lot of employee stock options became vested as of 4/24/98. What exactly does this mean and can it affect the stock price? Does it mean that they can sell at that date's price and as of that date? I notice that the managers' salaries are quite small, and that they receive large stock options. Let's say this is also true for the employees. If they decide to sell as of 4/24/98, for cash or any other reason, will this affect the stock price? Thanks in advance.
