Jesse - Did you say a while ago that QDEK has about $23 million in cash with about 63 million shares outstanding? I think that's also what the end of the year balance sheet stated.

That's why I just had to thank you. I've watched and watched
QDEK for about 6 months. She just popped up yesterday and
bang. Good luck to you all as it looks to be going higher,
