Seth, Hate to rehash old ground, but I never saw a post I fully understood. Would you please spoon feed me a little. I was holding ATT when they spun LU so that is my experience with spinoffs. I don't know how many ways there are to spinoff a company, but it seems logical that if FNET were part of FTEL and I purchased FTEL shares then I would also be part owner of FNET. If FNET is then separated from FTEL I should be compensated with either shares of FNET or an equivalency. Am I missing something (besides brain) or is there further info to come? Just trying to get it straight in my head. Thanks for the help and your insightful posts, Ed.
