Thursday April 23, 1998.

TMSR closed at 10 1/8 x 10 5/8; size (20 x 10) (strong? support at the BID) newsalert.com

Accordingly,......TMSR insiders are still 'insiders' e.g. Van Kasper whom issued a Strong Buy early last week/late previous week...and this is a non-event other than for the [still] poor shareholder who sells into this news....or TMSR blind-sided everyone [including Van Kasper and themselves], in which case there will simply be a bloodbath [and probable loss of any credibility remaining with this management team]...it is important to note that this is only Q1, which [historically] represents only approximately 7-10% of annual earnings and revenues*....so don't panic, i.e. trade solely on emotion/first reaction...i.e. play into TMSRs [insider] traders' (10 1/8 x 10 5/8 (20x10))...in our opinion.

Possible news pending (to support TMSR price)...Annual Computer Game Developer's Conference is May 5-7...May 21 is the TMSR Annual Shareholder Meeting...The Electronic Entertainment Expo is May 27-May 29...and TMSR stock has historically risen from May-October...

*note: given the fact Q1, historically is so insignificant, how did TMSR allegedly sustain such a stunning [and continuing up until today] blow (ref/ 26 consecutive profitable quarters and flat revenues/significant losses with six new products) to Q1 '98?...unless it was actually from the appx. 50% (annual earnings/revenues) weighting from Q4 '97...
