Ref:Orbcomm spin-off. Stitch: Since you think Orbital is too expensive at these price levels I thought I let you know about a new development. Orbital's subsidiary Orbcomm is being spun off into a separate company and the IPO is going to be underwritten by Bear Sterns and JP Morgan I believe.The ticker symbol will be ORBC. Here is an article on it in Red Herring.
