The major mods, again, are: A F*CKING CONCRETE PAD FOR THE TRUCKS TO STAGE IN SO IF THERE IS ANY SPILLAGE, IT WON'T PERMEATE THE GROUND WATER. WE'RE TALKING AN OVERSIZED DRIVEWAY, OK The other mod occurs, FOR THROUGHPUT GREATER THAN 7500 BBLS/DAY, is too plug up the tops of nearby unused oil wells to avoid spillage if more than 7500 bbls is dumped in the whole. There may be a variety of reasons for delays but there are not major well mods necessary. If it takes a big leap of faith to believe this, then one has no business waiting for things to happen. TG
