No, Actually In February of This Year... I Think... George, unless I've got some serious lapses in my synapses, and without having reference to old press releases, I think SEEK's Secondary Public Offering was announced in late-ish January... same time as their earnings announcement... OUCH! And the offering price itself got set... shew... I think in February. But, I've got to confess to being a bit fuzzy... I've quite caffeine today. A tough assignment. Best Regards, c m

This thread is making me feel very old. IN any event, I predict that seek will rise 5 to 7 points tomorrow in anticipation of earnings and will have a major positive earnings surprise, giving rise to a huge influx of buying on Friday with another 7 to 9 points added on. There will also be an announcement of a channel partner deal worth $40M. Or maybe not. But I'm still long. And I want the old thread back. I miss the genteel and friendly manner in which we discussed seek and life, my friends. And I am still feeling a little old, and sad. I hope the old crowd won't leave just because one person has enough time and too little introspection to appreciate how obnoxious and self-centered she is. Remember how youth impairs one's judgment. SHG
