MAR, however, is not a cat. The apparent 39-point gap was a 2 x 1 split as a result of a spinoff.

So, who's going to get the credit for starting the first ever, official PGDCEB thread?? If you or Ivan don't....I will. It's that simple. I hereby give full permission to use my post that best explains the phenomenon as part of the header. I posted it because I felt that PGDCEB's are beyond discounting and therefore quite viable to be placed in the public domain. Believe me, the thread will fly.
