"Didn't use to happen that way..." Is he on Viagra with a Prozac chaser or what? he knows nothing about drillers. IBM earnings are DOWN from a year ago anfd he says that's worth an all time high! Drillers earnings are at an all time high and he sees the "writing on the wall". HA!

Cramer!! don't even get me started on this guy. great trader but the buck stops there. These kind guys are a dime a dozen in raging bull mkts. The key is to survive the bears. I'd be willing to bet that Cramer won't even be around in a few yrs like many of the internet stocks that he keeps talking up.

Anybody out there remember all the mutual funds that went belly up in the 70's? I bet many don't even know that happened? Charles Schwab.. his mutual fund that he managed went under so he opened up a brokerage firm. LOL!!! Most on Wallstreet are under 30 or 40, none have ever even seen a bear, they think it is dead. the bear is coming, but he's a ways off. Drillers will be one of the last sectors to make a run. The summer should be fun as others are standing around asking "why?" and the drillers make a go of it.

sanguineless - ' no blood flow to the brain '

I think I've finally figured out the NE message:

"Obviously we're pleased with the quarter's results and are sanguine about the longer term markets."

dictionary also defines sanguine as "bloody; red"

as in hemorrhaging, "The longer term markets will be in the red."
NE and ESV and the others will be losing money soon. Lots of it. As a stockholder, their creditors will find a way to come after me to pay off their debts. ggg
