I think it is to risky don't like this kind of suit.

The Company and its Telegen Display Laboratories Inc. subsidiary ("TDL") are named defendants in a complaint (the "Complaint") filed January 7, 1998 in Superior Court, San Mateo County, filed by IPC Corporation, Ltd., Transtech Electronics, PTE, LTD., and IPC Transtech Display PTE, LTD (collectively, the "Plaintiffs"). The Complaint alleges that the Company committed material misrepresentations when the Company sold TDL Common Stock to the Plaintiffs for $5,000,000

TLGN's quarterly report doesn't mention anything worthwhile or unique or special about its "AMLCD" technology, but rather long winded hot air about it. Perhaps just bits and pieces of improvement, if that. In other words, they have nothing new.

Just my opinion and I have been wrong before.
