Henry, In the scientific report posted by squetch on TZD's effect in blocking the action of TNF alpha in diabetes, it was mentioned that PPAR gamma was the obligate partner in the heterodimer with RXRs. All along we have learned that the RXRs are the obligate partners in the heterodimers. I'm betting the Harvard researchers that wrote the report stated it incorrectly. Any thoughts on this?
