The restructuring is what this company needs. SUNW needs to improve margins substantially if they are going to keep near the top of the traditional PE range. The company is still growing revenue nicely at a 16 to 18% clip.

Exactly how that growth translates to the bottom line is key! By properly reorganizing a company of SUNW's size, with all of it's *planet* divisions, it would seem logical that a leaner version should emerge. The quicker McNeely, Zander, and friends can accomplish this large bold move the better off shareholders and customers will be.

I think it will be important to track just how fast they can ramp up revenues in their storage line. A quick look at the #1 competitor in that area, EMC, shows just how huge this segment of the industry is.

SUNW has to deliver the goods (eps) plain and simple, and the reorganization would appear to be an excellent move on paper. It will be intreguing to see how these changes play out down the road.

Good luck,
Michael
