there wouldn't be enough float for instituional investor to buy if we have a 1 for 20 reverse split.

B. Ramsey -- One of the reasons I have heard that the price was kept under $5 is to avoid the possibility of short sellers entering the game right out of the chute. Of course that means avoiding "legal" short selling - who knows there may be some short sellers out there right now - although at these prices I doubt it. So with the stock price post-split hovering around $3.50 we still dont have very far to get to $5 -- but hopefully by that time we'll have some momentum behind us and can avoid some of the manipulation associated with the shorts. Lets keep our fingers crossed that this works!
