Thanks, Joe. I wanted to clear up some misconceptions.

I think we have struck some of that gold in TCI Music. I have been watching TUNE sit in the 7-8 dollar range for about 6 months. Then today the sleeper began to stir. Most volume in past 30 days began pouring in just before close. 52-week high of 8 3/16 was reached a few minutes before closing up 5/16 at 8 1/16.

Now the float is relatively large, so this one moves slower and steadier than the squeeze plays of late. But just read some of the recent news and you can see that this is perhaps the leading internet music stock. I believe it to be the better of the three between NTKI, NAVR [another sleeper] and TUNE. I don't consider CDNow to be a high-tech music company, but rather a retailer that just happens to sell CDs over the internet. Similarly, Amazon is not a book publisher.

The rumored agreement between TUNE and ATHM will send this one skyward. NTKI is at about 30 bucks. It would not surprise me to see
TUNE there before summer is out...sooner if it gets discovered.
