How do you come up with a $1 per share loss. Weren't they around .32 coming into the fourth quarter? In order to get to a $1 loss they would have had to lose $1.32 in the fourth quarter. That translates into around 90MM. They made 12MM, subtract the 60MM from patents and they lose 48MM. This translates into about (.69) pluse the .32 from the first three quarters is (.37) per share. Your math appears to be off a bit but your point definitely has merit. They need to do something about excess capacity.

Enough is Enough:

This was the fourth quarter they beat analyst's estimates. Further more if you pull out the licensing royalties from this quarter they still beat so where are you pulling your $1.00 loss from.

Please don't answer since we all know the rhetorical answer to the question, to put it politely
