Read your annual report carefully! Page 9 tells us that SEG has a 24% stake in SNDK but has obtained the "option" to control no less than 33% of SNDK's output.

As I read the agreement, it means, among other possibilities, that as of 1/99 ... if SNDK determines that it can sell 16MB flash at a production cost of $60, and SEG decides that it can "sell" them for no more than $1 each, then SNDK would be obliged to sell their $60 chips to SEG for $1 each .. until SEG has consumed 1/3rd of SNDK's world-wide production.

That much was in print and the rest, we can only guess. READ IT AND WEEP!
