Casey I have the pleasure of knowing a bunch of analysts personally.

These folks have become adept at driving stocks. The trick is to keep earnings estimates low, but nevertheless set high target prices. That way there are fewer earnings disappointments.

And Investors don't really read or care about the substance of the reports. So any projected earnings can justify any target price.
