BOP still stuck in neutral....neither buying nor selling indicated. FWIW, Tony likes to make vague after-the-fact predictions. Here's one before-the-fact. LGND is close to completing is new base between 14.5 and 15 after running up from 11 to 16. The next move will be up significantly as we move towards May and the new-and-improved NDA filing. BTW, i started following lgnd around 5-6 so what's this about the stock not having moved mr. smith? PS. Fugazi, humour is you saving grace.
