Intel jibberish:

"INTC jumped $5 1/8 ... after Intel executives told analysts that strong sales to North American distributors ... are countering the chip inventory building up among U.S. computer makers."

Jim,

Isn't this called "stuffing the channel?" It forewarns of a serious problem for Intel next quarter, and a desire of Intel's management to pump up the stock price for the short term.

The key words for me are: "chip inventory building up among U.S. computer makers"
