(Nasdaq:BORL - news) sank $1 3/16 to $9 15/16 after reporting a Q1 loss of $0.27 per share, including $19.3 million in
restructuring and acquisition charges and a $3.8 million tax benefit. The Street had been expecting earnings of $0.04 per share.

This article makes it look really bad for BORL. What happened to beating estimate by a penny.(Up 50%)
