Sykes is opening a new call center targeted to computer technical
suppport; this could be related to SystemWizard-related support
although I'm speculating. The call center will add about 8% to Sykes' total capacity (much of which is not computer-related support).

The new 42,500 square-foot, state-of-the art call center in Manhattan (Kansas) is being constructed consistent with the Company's continued projected growth and is expected to be fully operational in the third quarter of 1998. It will add capacity of 432 seats on a single shift basis to the information technologies company's approximate 5,300 seats worldwide. Technicians in Manhattan are expected to handle Sykes' customers' technical support calls for computer hardware and software applications.
