You're certainly correct that there's a practical limit,
and I am definitely not in favor of excessive regulation.

And yet there's a very bothersome aspect of all this. I
hope Steve can find us a definitive answer. If the answer
is "it can happen" (this ghostlike multiplication of the
float), it's another weirdie that the practical unlikelihood
reduces but doesn't eliminate to my mind.

As Nukeit said, "The more I learn the less I know." (Good
phrase, Nukeit.)

I thought I understood shorting and short interest.
Little did I know ... (literally).

Don't you just love the markets? Who needs games
or TV? Couldn't get any more interesting.
