Dougman, Baz, and...I agree too (oh, that was fun). I'm buying more NE if there is another drop tomorrow. Concerning interest rates, I don't see them creeping up at all. They are just doing their usual 5.7 to 6.1% jitter bug dance. I wouldn't get my underwear all tied up in knots over it.
