Hi Gene: The 1997 fiscal numbers will include only rigs which were delivered and paid for (only a few), not rigs sold. It is not certain that the "percentage of completion" method of accounting will be used in the final fiscal 1997 statements. Therefore, don't expect the numbers to be meaningful for predicting future performance. The EPS (if any) would be very small. If accompanied by a footnote showing total number or rigs sold but not yet delivered, and the value of these orders, it would look better.
