Try giving NAQ a call at 1-800-465-4300. I had the same problem when I signed up. I Got an SQL error and I didn't get a user Name verification. The phone call cleared it up in 30 seconds.

As far as the software goes. You can use the internet trader software. When you sign on, instead of using cindy.papyrus.com(or what ever itraders server is) manually enter either sharon.naq.com or laura.naq.com with your user name and password. You'll then get the entitlements screen which shows what you subscribed too.
