Addi, just a point of clarification regarding taking delivery of stock certificates. It does sound as if you have never done this before. You should know that you get one (1) certificate for the total number of shares on record with a particular broker. Thus, if I but 10,000 shares from Schwab, I get one(1) certificate showing 10,000 shares.

What is important here is to question the need to take delivery of the certificate in the first place. Any real company does not need to push delivery. Why doesn't Lanza or someone else with the company just spend a few hundred thousand -- they are supposed to have $41M -- buy the 2M shares out there that are short and take delivery. HELLO!!!

Regards,

Dan Perlow
