Yah, that's the ticket. I don't know much about the early days of PCs but I am quite sure that Gates and Allen did not build the Altair (it was some guy who is now a doctor but New Mexico is right). As stated, they developed MS Basic (the language) for the first PC's but not the hardware. If you read the 10k, this company is fraught with dissention within the ranks. Allegations of fraud, RICO, lies and mismanagement by the current management of former directors as well as former high ranking employees of the current management. In addition, they are paying $13,000 a month in rent for Sierra Vista which has 3 (count them 3) employees and is not going to start making a picture until the company can finance it (read not in the near future). If Dennis is disgruntled, he is clearly not the only one. Note that these allegations (suits and counter suits) are documented by the companies filings but I would be amazed if there wasn't many times as many people disgruntled but choosing not to sue. Good luck cause you'll need it.
