Hello to all. Was happy to find RDNK on a message board. Bought shares in Dec. 97 (due to an article in our local, Asheville, NC paper) and more right after the first restaurant opened.

Was very skeptical of a BB stock but everything so far has checked out pretty well. Only negatives: delayed opening of the restaurant in Kissimmee and the Bar-b-que sauces were not in "a special display to sit on top of the meat counter" in the Walmart Superstore I visited.. They had only one of the four sauces for sale and it was placed inconspicuously on shelving with all of the other brands (not really all that important I guess).

I would be interested in hearing from Patrick on how Redneck Foods "expects to have 48 stores by the end of 1998, 21 corporately owned and 27 franchised", when only one store (to my knowledge) is opened and one to follow this summer here in Asheville.

I will visit the Kissimmee restaurant in June but would love to hear from someone who has already been there. If I like the concept (and the food of course) I'll add to my position. If not, then well, you know...

Good luck to Redneck Foods and it's investors!
