A Letter from CHARLIE BALLANCE .....hi Charley! (dave) Hey dave,, and to the SI members if you decide to post this...!! Whats going on my man..... sorry i have not sent a reply to you since you sent one to me not to many days ago. Was hoping to get one back to you over the weekend....but it was a busy weekend with company down. But have been trying to keep up the the post as much as i can. I am learning to sorta sift thru them...and pick out the ones that may have some info that i may want to here about. Some times it takes to much time to read every thing. But by the sounds of the posts in SI , there are not to many happy campers right now. And i am one of them..!! But i am just sorta setting back and watching and waiting for the next new release when ever it will come. To see what will happen next in this written for TV saga...! I know there are talks of legal action, abounding here on the thread. And i for one don,t see what is wrong with any one checking in to there options as what legal steps there could be, for them selfs or the whole group as well. Some one other than me will have to make that decison, weather there has been foul play or not. I know we will have been wronged if the 300 - 1 reverse goes thru...!! But it does not hurt to find out what your options are. Does not mean you have to use the legal reprensetation, but least you know its there if you want ,or need to run with it. I for one..... will set and wait and see what is going to happen with this company. I can,t sell right now....i got in at about .02 a share . But if i do lose out on this deal, i won,t go to the poor house caus i am allready there....LOL...! The money i have invested in CVIA is small potatoes to what some of you have invested. But if this deal does go south...... i,ll still get a sour taste in my mouth along with the rest of you. I see they are talking about warrants in some of the post now...i am not that up on the warrants either, but i know it would give you a chance to buy more stock in a certain time frame , for a certain price . And that could be some that could help sweeten the deal with 300-1 reverse split. But i think we are either going to have to say heck with it,,,, sell and get out. Or hold and see what the H_ _ L happens . I am hopeing for the best for all of us in this little game that is being played. And ( just my opinion )... but i think that there a a few of you fellows on here, SI working together could have done this dang deal a whole lot better than what i have seen transpired so far...!! It seems like for some reason they are trying to make it this way for us. ?? Maybe they got something up there sleeve they don,t want us to know about just yet...? Maybe it is something good....!!! But we,ll have to wait and see.....i am holding for now.... to see what happens. Good luck to all...and dave, have a good one. And i,ll keep in touch. Pray for good news by friday...!!
