Part of the problem is they keep coming up with one-time charges so it's turning into a fixed parameter. I think marketing is populated by butt-heads, that's clear, but they are on the right track as far as Java and CORBA are concerned. Unfortunately, they can, have and will continue to shaft shareholders. They have done a piss-poor job of communicating their strategy and they have fallen flat on their face on the earnings front. They screwed shareholders with the VSGN acquisition and they show no sign of recognizing what a bone-headed price they paid for it. That is, they could do it again with another AQ that would slay the stock. Effectively they're borrowing the cash from existing shareholders. Really just picking their pockets simply by printing more shares. They are doing a good job of positioning the company and running it on a day-to-day basis, it's just that it's not a stock a shareholder could be happy about owning. Not a company that is concerned about shareholder value.
