Hi, Earl. An excellent question. I don't know why they're getting the pit so cheap, but if you speak to Mr.Torres or Mr.Brody, I'm sure they could provide the info. I'm only suggesting this because your follow-up questions may (will?) be more probing than mine, and provide another piece to the puzzle. Maybe there's a valid reason, and this isn't "too good to be true".
