Lets face it gang....ALYD is and has never been a company that knows how to time announcements, (remember the Fri. late afternoon earnings estimates) and this most recent dilution is another example,just when everyone is waiting for positive news to drive the stock......WHAM!!!!!!! They could have waited two more weeks and then done it, AFTER the rocket was launched but........noooooooooooo. I'm no expert in PR but any idiot could have done it better than ALYD this past couple years......they are extremely inept.
