Gersh; RE:" Ramblin' "

I'm not sure how well I read the charts, Gersh - but they are a good stress outlet for me. I also read the financials on stox that I have in my buy-and-do-nothing portfolio.

I know precious little about Asian culture and business - though I believe that now may be a good time to invest in them, longer term. Perhaps Latin America as well. The EU forces fiscal responsibility upon the governments and ruling families - it has been very good for those countries in Europe that never before had, really, discipline. This trend may become world-wide. I hope so.

I still think that the bondz will be "managed" by the BOJ and FED; up and down, as auctions go and come. However, I believe that there will be a slight bias to the upside - a drifting upward - in the cost of capital.

Soros playing the Yen? Perhaps he can trade those bond-Yen cycles, I dunno, Gersh. More likely he would play the Ruble. It's just Wild-West-Ville in the C.I.S. right now - lot's of natural resources. The masters' styles appear to always have something to do with some underlying commodity, like petroleum, metals or Coca-Cola.

Looks like they popped INTC and CPQ up over their options boundaries this AM, cashed out, and went to Elaine's for lunch.
