Market makers book recommendation.

Can anyone recommend a book dealing with market makers. Seems
like market makers have been accused of
manipulating just about every stock I've ever own when things
go wrong.

I want to learn more about these fellows and perhaps the
operation of the stock market in general.

Also, any recommendations for the cheapest way to buy
nasdaq bulletin board stock. I think my broker charges 2
cents a share (no on line
trading for bb stocks either), which is a bit much
when a stock is only selling
for pennies.

Thanks
