In techweb.com it was said "Borland reported first quarter sales of $46.5 million, compared with sales of $43.4 million a year ago, a gain of 7 percent. The sales include revenue from Visigenic. On a stand-alone basis, Borland reported sales of $37 million."

Hopefully, I was understanding what that seemed to imply.

I had remembered that VSGN numbers were 7M last quarter. I hope I remembered this information correctly.

I can't recall but how does the 19 mil. compare with the estimates they gave earlier. Am I imaging or are they a tad higher now than what they had originally estimated?

Shane,

I remember posters complaining on this thread that Del had said the acquisition would cost between $10 and $20 million. The posters were complaining about the width of the estimate and that Del should have had better handle on the amount.
