You never will see any improvement on Internet application speeds until the modem connection speeds get over the 56K maximum. When I've been on the Internet at work the site download is almost instantaneous compared to any PC over a phone line. Instead of wasting capital on all the Yahoo's on the Net we need to invest in throughput and only then will we see a viable content streaming environment that can make real money. Your G3 can handle the 100kbytes/sec I get at work better than your 604/166 could. Cheers, Norm
