I guess I am just wondering how they are going to price them off of each other in the heat of the moment based on IV..

what does that mean?

I mean you have these options that the bid and ask move rapidly...how are you pricing them off of each other in terms of IV AND what ever else they use (like the PREM)

but I am more interested in this premium of the S&P 500 aspect...

I had one person write me in a PM that he didnt think that could be because at expiration the calls are valued on the OEX 100

but my thinking is that while TECHNICALLY that is true....
what the MM's are doing is using the 500 for their pricing because it helps them make MORE MONEY

anyway that part is what I am really interested in
