Roman -- I'm not at all surprised to hear LU say they won't wait till October to make acquisitions. In reference to NN, what would Siemens do if they made a bid? As for who they'd buy, if you compare ASND's and NN's market caps, it's pretty clear which is better in terms of cost, so it would come down to products and which markets they want --- US versus international. I own both networkers so I'm not trying to influence anyone either way. Just playing the devil's advocate. Later -- Pat
