Yea , right , it's the polluted air in New York City that makes one do the thing that Rocky is doing

I'll have you know Manhattan is an island, thus surrounded by
water, in very close proximity to the Atlantic Ocean. Hence the
constant air movement keeps the air quality here relatively
high compared to other metropolitan cities. Our worst air
day here is better than the best day in LA.

Rocky's bearishness is probably not environmentally causal.

Don't forget the NY in NYSE is NEW YORK CITY !
