Mathematically it's slightly bullish since the term is longer, but it's pretty insignificant. We're talking maybe 1/32.

If true it is bullish, because it gives the warrants a longer life which means more time for IFLY to reach and stay at $10 or above. As IFLY profits improve, more investors might believe that IFLY will do that.
