I have the same consideration about the lifetime memberships. But I also think that there are enough lawyers who would be only too happy to start a class action if any attempt is made by Go2Net to eliminate them. Hopefuly Jeff & Brad have the protective sense to have a guarantee of continuance for existing lifetime members included in the sale contract. I do wish them all good luck and success in this marriage; just don't orphan the lifetimers. Marcia Shattan
