music, that's the nature of the ballgame with Datek, in the morning they f*ck you on market orders (has something to do with the way they are routed through island and the heavy volume), but are generally outstanding on limit orders. So, this contrasts with Ameritrade, which sucks on limit orders, but is pretty good in my experience with momentum stocks because they fill within 5-10 seconds usually, if its a market order. So I have two accounts, one for each purpose mentioned above. Solution to your problem - complain, complain, complain, then get violent
