Actually for the most part I believe it is the other way around. Most of the estimates are before the one-time charges at least for First Call. That I believe happens most of the time. Then again it may change from company to company! And come to think of it there could always be different analysts who produce mix and match earnings estimates. If I recall correctly this was evident with this q's INTC release.

In a word MESSY. In another word CONFUSING.

A confusing mess.
