Indeed "aggressive attempts to increase the fab utilization would lead to even lower margins for the PC products". But, utilization of the fabs would equate to less money going down a rathole to pay for unused capacity. I don't think its an apples to apples comparison. CRUS has been stuffing this under-utilization rathole for over three years. I don't think they have actually utilized there jv's efficiently since they started them. Why do you think they sold most of their interests in Cirent?

I say, damn the margins, lets get these fabs going and worry about margins later
