I don't know who arranged the timing of this but it is brilliant. It is free advertising and also puts a lot of pressure on the FDA to come up with a proactive position on the technique. Does the panel make their decision on Friday or do they convene to take testimony and review evidence submitted. I dare say that this is very bullish and the timing couldn't be better. the question is does CBS/Dan rather know something we don't. I mean why put this thing in the public's view if they think it is not going to get approved. JF Dowd
