Doesn't work that way on the Nasdaq, (more so in the OTC arena). The Mm's hold inventory (or in some case hold make believe inventory), they set the price at will. Very often you can see price pull backs under buying pressure. The MM's are here to make money, the first rule is that they make money first.

Do you see at that buying going on and the price not moving... do you think that is normal activity???

Did you see that big dip on that large sell, someone put in a market sell and got spanked. Also a normal occurrence to slam the bid down on a market sell. The trading here is very interesting.
