Craig Crawford. Offer of compromise

Craig,

Your statements: "05/15/97 "Who cares about a stupid listing? You guys should be discussing why the price is plummeting."05/27/97 "Because it's a scam, plain and simple. Move on to something else." 05/27/97 "I don't care about the past performance of FIBR. I only are interested where it is going... .and that's obviously nowhere! There are so many better places to put your money." 05/27/97 " I have the best substantiation of all. The tape. It shows that this company is no good."

<<... I can't do it all alone, I don't have that kind of investigative ability.>>>>>

If, I put all your other statements between above displayed time parameters and content,it will be easy to construct a legal case against you, which will prove to any member on a jury that you did know little to nothing, about the subject OSICOM (FIBR). (And hook the rest on to it.)

Other then conclusions based on naked speculation which you distributed on this and other threads as facts, in order, to gain broad support and reliance, to advance your self professed agenda, to short the stocks of OSICOM to 0, leading to consequential delistment on the exchange. If your agenda was based on making a profit, on emotion or both, is besides my point.

Numerous individuals on this thread and on others, pleaded with you repetitively that your conclusions are wrong and delivered solid arguments to foster up their opinions.

You stayed your course.

If you see your way to respond to this post by stating in a clear format that all your statements in reference to OSICOM(FIBR) originated from your speculative opinion and that you had no factual basis for those postings between the 15th of May 1997 and 22nd of March 1998, I will not pursue the matter further and just make a reference to this post and your possible answer on the spot I have designated under the Line " I know (OSICOM(FIBR) is a SCAM" on the INDEX page of

skymidi.com

It is my firm believe that OSICOM was and is, besides other matters, target for Short Selling practices in a format which is not allowed under Nasdaq and SEC rules and will show enough cause to halt this wicked practices. If for no other reason as to my own share holding benefit, believe and trust in OSICOM, it's management, engineers and employees.

EDDY BLINKER

PS. Now if all those on this thread believing in the positive side in life can agree that we do not need to hear from people visiting us, to tell us all day long how stupid we are, as we are unable to judge the risks with the FIBR stock and consequently we need their advice, we will never get this thread in order.
